(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen calendar days from the day,
– on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods or has taken possession, if you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered uniformly;
– on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods or has taken possession, if you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;
– on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the first goods or has taken possession, if goods are delivered regularly over a specified period as part of an order.
Used goods with signs of wear cannot be returned. Please note this before returning goods to us.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter or email sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days expires.
You bear the direct costs (postage, transport, and packaging) of returning the goods.
