The following shipping and delivery terms apply:

Shipping Conditions

We ship QUICKSHIELD worldwide, with the following shipping rates applying (including statutory VAT):

Austria: Free shipping via DPD, AT Post, or GLS.
Germany: Flat rate via DPD or GLS: €4.90.
EU (excluding Austria and Germany) and European non-EU countries (except Austria and Germany) and European
non-EU countries: Flat rate via DPD or GLS: €9.90.
Worldwide: North America, South America, Asia, Africa, Australia: Flat rate via DHL: €19.90.

Orders over €400 are completely free of shipping costs worldwide.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the product description, the goods will be shipped within 48 hours. Prepayments will be processed and shipped within 48 hours from the time of payment.

Please note that no deliveries will be made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a common shipment unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

You will receive a corresponding tracking number for each delivery. Upon receipt of the tracking number, you are responsible for arranging alternative delivery options, pickup at pickup stores, etc., with the shipping service provider.

In case of delivery or communication problems with the shipping service provider, we are happy to assist you.
